Addicted To Results: Addiktive Games' CPMs Bubble Up With Playable Ad Unit
Movies have trailers, so why shouldn’t apps?
That’s the thinking behind the playable ad unit from Voxel. But the app monetization startup, which works with King.com, Electronic Arts and GSN, takes it one step further.
“It’s not just a trailer, it’s a completely interactive experience,” said Voxel CEO and co-founder David Zhao. “Whatever you can do with the app itself, you can do in the embedded ad.”
Inneractive and Addiktive Games Illustrate the Potential of Mobile Monetization
Inneractive welcomed Addiktive Games on board in mid 2013. With a team of talented and creative developers based in Barcelona, Spain and business development personnel in Silicon Valley, these guys take their bubbles very seriously.
Boasting two very successful titles, Bubble Shooter Free 2.0 and Bubble Shooter 3.0, Addiktive Games started 2013 looking for an ad partner they can grow their business with. Having worked mainly with iAd, they were looking for a platform that extended their international reach, especially in Asia.
Addiktive Selects AdsYolo as App Network for China
Nearly 1 Million Downloads of Bubble Shooter 3.0 Since Launch
Addiktive Games, a top app developer based in Barcelona and San Francisco, has chosen mobile marketing agency and network AdsYolo to promote their five-star-reviewed game, Bubble Shooter 3.0.
Addiktive approached AdsYolo, the largest in-app mobile advertising network in China, with the challenge of publicizing Bubble Shooter 3.0 to Chinese who own iOS smartphones (roughly half of AdsYolo's 225 million audience of Asian consumers). The AdsYolo team strategically positioned Bubble Shooter 3.0 on dozens of germane social sites, app markets and forums. Since the start of the partnership mid-June, the app has become a top-20 download, according to tracking site App Annie. And as of June 25, click-through rates have jumped over 300%, and revenues over 1600%.
Interview Addiktive Games App Review (APPLALA.COM)
I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Addiktive Games’ Founder, Mr. Pedro Navarro Moreno. He’s a great guy who is humble and determined to create great products for app addicts for all ages. He has developed popular mobile apps like Bubble Breaker 2.0,Epic Defense TD 2, and Paint for Kids! He has agreed to do an interview with us and here’s what he has to say:
- Please tell us when and how you got started in the mobile space?
We started in the mobile space 3 years ago. At first we worked exclusively for iPhone, with time, we adapted our games for all iOs devices (iPad, iPad2, iPhone, iPod Touch), and now we’re working on porting our apps on to Android devices.
- As with all ventures, there is an inherent risk. What made you confident about entering the mobile industry?
